In response to a request for additional electrical outlets, I installed a new outlet in the client’s home. I began by identifying a suitable location and ensuring the power was shut off at the breaker. I then installed the outlet box, ran wiring from the existing circuit, and connected the wires to the outlet terminals. After securing everything in place and restoring power, I tested the outlet to confirm proper functionality and safety.
