Mike and his team were outstanding. They arrive at the time expected and immediately evaluated the situation and went to work. While the project was some what more difficult than expected they perservered and saw it through to a very successful completion.
Dan arrive in the time frame promised and immediately went to work to identify the problem. Unfortunately the issue would require additional assest beyond Dan's job discription and another appontment was made to address my sewer line issues. I had no problem what soever with Dan and his skill. As far as pricing concerned I find your company competitive.

8/29/24 job notes : Out today to replace the Noritz tankless water located in the laundry room with a rinnai sensei water heater. RESOLUTION : New rinnai sensei tankless water heater has been installed, along with all new code required items. Water has been restored to the home to test all new connections made today. At this time there are no leaks drips or concerns and tankless is operating as it should. JOB NOTES : Please bill remaining balance to new card in photos. Technician Notes: Leak appears to be coming from the glass sliding door/ enclosure for the master bathroom shower. As water runs down the glass and onto the trim it pours over the edge. Customer stated: they had a garbage disposal not working. Tech notes: called out today to look at a garbage disposal not working. While on site I found the garbage disposal in the kitchen is a badger 5 and has completely lived its life. The only way to make this repair is by replacement. Resolution: replaced badger 5 garbage disposal in kitchen. After replacement I turned water on and tested to find everything functioning properly as should. Job status: complete. This estimate is to replace the badger 5 1/2 hp garbage disposal in the kitchen. The garbage disposal in the kitchen has lived its life and needs replaced and won’t turn on. The unit is hard wired so no pigtail is needed.

Today we showed up to preform a pressure test on the whole house this was for the gas system, we installed our gage at the gas meter. After this is inspected we have to came back and connect gas line back to the gas meter. Today’s charge will be what’s on the invoice We had to return and just add air pressure where we did our work

This estimate is to replace the thermal expansion tank above the water heater. The thermal expansion tank is supposed to be full of compressed air but instead is full of water. CUSTOMER STATED: water heater in basement is leaking and he also has a small leak on a 3/4 copper line in basement ceiling. TECHNICIAN NOTES: upon inspection found pinhole in copper line in basement ceiling, found prv has failed and pressure on home is around 130 psi. The 20 year old 50 gallon state natural gas water heater is also leaking internally. Spoke with ahs rep and pinhole leak in copper was declined due to secondary damage. Replacement of the water heater and prv were approved via recorded phone call. Customer out of pocket is 1039.18, he did not want to move forward with water line repair at this time. Ahs is going to be sending water heater to MGP shop. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: prv is replaced and water heater will be replaced when we receive it.
