Client has a Navien NPE-240a water heater requiring a maintenance flush. The unit was flushed out using descaling solution to provide maximum flow through the heat exchanger. While the heater was flushing, the intake air screen was removed and cleaned out. While onsite, the sump pump was inspected and tested. The float on the pump is currently stuck under one of the inlet tubes preventing the pump to operate properly. Pricing was sent over with this invoice to replace the pump with a different pump that has a piston style float so it will not get hung up.
