The customer called because the utility sink in the basement was leaking from a drain. The tail piece on the bottom of the sink had cracked. When she went to turn the water off to that sink, she noted that the shut off valves were not working properly. She then did an inspection of her home and noted that there were many other faulty valves. Southside plumbing installed a new P-trap and tailpiece on the utility sink in the basement.
