Job Checkin

Customer was having some slight water pressure issues in the home. I initially tested the house pressures to be about 78 psi on the outside hose bib. The house is 4 years old an had a plastic pressure reducing valve. I ran a faucet and tested the pressure with 1 running faucet. The pressure dropped close to 50 psi. All existing mainline shutoff valves are 1/4 turn ball valves. The 2nd floor hall bath tub/shower vibrates (at the tub spout) after the water has been running a little while, with the diverter engaged. I replaced the pressure reducing valve and set house pressure to be 69psi. I recommend replacing the tub spout but the home owner will take care of that himself.
