Arrived at location on 3/7/23 - On arriving found dishwasher exhaust is now running in the correct direction pulling air out. but the damper was fully closed so it could not pull out the steam. opened damper and tightened. Showed employees where damper should be at while the machine is operating.
Arrived at location on 6/30/22 - Found unit off. Checked over components and gas pressure ok. Started and found correct ma to module but module not responding. Removed and replaced module and tested operation and temperatures found unit overshooting by 100degrees and will not calibrate will need new temp probe and control. Returned to location on 7/12/22 - Removed faulty control and probe and installed new parts. Filled with oil and ran up to 350 degrees and cycled ok. Checked for oil leaks on fittings removed found none.
Arrived at location on 2/3/22 - Checked temperature on dishwasher and found thermistor is giving incorrect reading says 190 degrees but rinse water is only 160 degrees will need to order new thermistor and set thermostat to correct temperature. Returned to location on 2/14/22 - Replaced thermistor on rinse supply line and adjusted thermostat to highs set point still only getting 163 degrees on rinse temperature off off water inside dishwasher. Will order a new thermostat and second thermistor for tank. Returned to location on 2/28/22 - Replaced tank temperature probe and checked temperatures found tank is at 190 degrees. line to spray arms are 188 degrees and at point of contact on dishes 163 degrees called manufacturer and they said that machine is working correctly that you will have a 30 degrees drop from spray arms to dishes.
Found power at plug on Grill, took unit apart and found connection at switch faulty. Repaired connection and tested unit, now comes on. Manager would like a new cord installed. Removed and installed new 12/3 cord and tested okay. Also installed new restraint.
