Saved us money, Professional Service!

When I was told to junk a draft system, Sean from K&D examined that my unit was repairable. Within a week, the unit was fixed and flowing beer. K&D helped me get my business from a mediocre kitchen, to a stellar kitchen. We ordered a new gas grill, flattop, two dual deep fryers, a stand up freezer, a new ice machine, and a counter cooler. All the gear was installed in one day, on time, and efficiently. I would recommend K&D to anyone. Thanks!

Arrived at location on 9/1/22 - Found heat deflector burnt out and laying atop burner. Gas valve handle hard to turn and hard to get gas to flow thru valve when turned. Called blodgett for part numbers will quote repair. Spoke with Mark at blodgett. Returned to location on 9/16/22 - Removed stone from oven then removed broken bottom panels. Upon installing new bottom panels found they required some adjustment in order to fit due to support rails out of square. Adjusted panels as necessary. Put stone back in. Changed out main gas ball valve. Started oven ok.

Checked Walk-In Cooler and found coil clear. Checked parameters on controller and changed box temp set point from 35*F to 36.2*F. Manufacturer does not want set point below 36*F due to unit does not defrost well below 36*F. Will check back to see if alarm comes back.

Checked one unit and is very old R-12 system. Recommend new unit. Other unit unwired at start components. Wired up 3N1 start package and found unit pulling 24 amps and compressor won't start or pump. Also found braze joints looking very bad and would need fixed. Will make estimate for comp., drier, and fix braze joints. Removed faulty comp., installed new comp. and drier. Tested for leaks, found none. Pulled vacuum, held vacuum OK. Charged unit and tried to cycle unit and found t-stat was bypassed. Repaired wires and cycled unit at 34*F, OK.
