Arrived at location on 3/1/23 - -Checked over unit. Found during pm a few issues that will need corrected. One of the issues including water leak from drain hose. Disabled water fill valve to prevent generator fill so it doesn’t leak into electrical components. Will return with parts. Returned to location on 3/10/23 - Replaced filters, drain hose and drain pipe with couplers. Tested unit in all modes and found all ok at this time with no leaks.
Arrived at location on 6/29/22 - Checked over unit, found all controls unresponsive, opened up and found no voltage at terminal block. Found unplugged. Plugged in and breaker immediately tripped. Unplugged and reset breaker. Used meter and found hot and neutral shorted to ground, made further inspection of wiring. Found one wire with damaged insulation had shorted directly to the frame. Cut back damaged portion of wire and spliced together with ceramic wire nut. Checked with meter and verified that nothing is shorted to ground, plugged back in, breaker didn’t trip. Turned on unit and allowed to heat up. Found no other problems, confirmed unit working correctly at this time.
Arrived at location on 2/11/22 - Checked over unit, found burner flame is decent, flame is blue with a few orange tips once in a while, set thermostat to 350F, when heat indicator went out the temperature was only 226F, set thermostat to 500F, only came up to 346F, thermostat has failed and will need to be replaced. Returned to location on 2/22/22 - Removed side panel, removed failed thermostat, installed new thermostat, turned on unit, set to 350F, heated up to set point, temperature is within range, closed up unit, confirmed unit working correctly at this time.
Arrived at location on 7/13/21 - Found vat empty, with large amounts of debris in valve, cleared debris and cycled valve found ball valve is misaligned and will need valve and actuator replaced. Cycled shut and verified oil leaks. Returned to location on 7/16/21 - Replaced drain and actuator for right vat, ensured proper cycling filled and verified no leaks, let heat to temp cleared debris in bottom. Unit is operating correctly at this time.
Arrived at location on 5/13/21 to perform service on fryer. Replaced a part, tested and was in working order.
UNIVEX MIXER - 4-14-21 John S-checked over unit. found belt bad on motor and found its chewed up from a bad pulley. will order and return. 4-21-21 Heath N-Replaced pulley and belt, tested unit found to run smoothly with no noise at this time.
Found breaker for wall outlets behind fryers and oven tripping, found cause was defective plug for pressure fryer. Installed new plug turned on let heat found okay at this time. **Travel Charges Billed on wo# 222962**
Found drain line fell off bottom RAG Combi Oven unit. secured units drain and found leak to stop. found no other issues at this time.
Delivered LAK Plate Heater/Dispenser unit, verified 208v supplied. old plug was burnt, got new plug. Installed and turned unit on. Found okay at this time.
MAN Ice Machine: Removed water distribution components, physically cleaned components, reinstalled components, performed physical cleaning of interior, performed chemical cleaning, performed chemical sanitization, put unit into ice, allowed unit to drop batch of ice, tested operations, confirmed unit working correctly at this time.
Found Booster Heater Dishwasher unit idle with wash temp at 170. Ran rack through found rinse temps did not rise above 120 and booster never kicked to heat. Checked over booster found limit tripped. Reset and found contactors to latch and begin heating. Found 8 amps on all legs. let heat until satisfied. Ran multiple racks through unit. Found rinse temp at around 200 degrees. Lowered thermostat and ran racks through. Found rinse temp at 190 degrees every time. Unit is operating correctly at this time.
Found Steam Table left burner with large yellow flame and soot covering burner area. Adjusted shutter to achieve normal blue flame. Cleaned as much soot off as possible from area found good flame once shutter was adjusted and soot removed. Unit is operating correctly at this time.
Performed physical cleaning of ice machine, performed chemical cleaning of ice machine, performed chemical sanitation of ice machine, put unit into freeze cycle, allowed unit to drop ice, tested operations, confirmed unit working correctly at this time.
Found Reach-In Cooler unit with box temperature of 26°f. with compressor still running. Found temperature control stuck closed. Freed temperature control and set to warmest setting. Box temperature holding at 33°. Will need temperature control replaced. 11/22/19 Removed temperature control, installed new temperature control, allowed unit to come down to temperature, temperature holding at ~34F, tested operations confirmed unit working correctly at this time
Ran Dishwasher unit through startup, found wash tank heaters not energizing. Found hi limit tripped. Reset high limit and ran diagnostics on each function. All systems passed. Ran unit through several cycles. Machine drained and operated normally. Found detergent leaking from rear of unit around detergent chute. Will order new gasket and return. 10/28/19 Removed failed chute gasket and replaced. While here unit exhibited draining issue from original call. Checked over unit found draining is not the issue. The unit is actually over filling the booster tank causing water to over fill wash tank through the detergent chute. will order new fill valve. 10/30/19 Replaced valve, turned on checked for leaks found okay, allowed to fill and heat found okay, ran through cycle found okay, drained unit found to drain properly. Unit is operating correctly at this time. Final temps were wash 160 and rinse 180.
