Installed HOB Dishwasher piping assembly, tested and verified vacuum breaker is leaking. Will order new vacuum breaker per Jerry. 3/19/21 Installed vacuum breaker. Ran unit, check for leaks, where none. Operation okay at this time.
Found Mini refrigerator for the McCafe machine compressor very hot and condenser fan motor not running, I checked power on motor and it had correct power, I replaced condenser fan motor from truck stock and waited for unit to come down to temperature, unit is working properly at this time.

Checked out fryer and found that solenoid for steam release is dirty and sticking. I was able to free the valve and ram a fryer test with product. This time it drained. Will order new solenoid for fryer and return to install. Please Order 1=HEN17121- solenoid valve. regular shipping. 9/24/18 Installed valve tested with product okay.
Checked Chicken Fryer unit, found pump will run but will not even blow bubbles in fry vat. Pulled out filer pan, found paper towel folded up and forced into female fitting. Used my needle nose pliers to reach up inside and pull out blockage. Tested filter, working okay
Found snap ring missing during Tune Up on product nozzle, installed new, now okay
