Lack Luster

The level of service as well as the quality of work was poor. The repair exhibited no level of pride, passion or craftsmanship. I would call it sub standard. They got me once. Never again!!

Issue with food cooking unevenly on grill surface. Found the burner is blocked with excessive drippings which clog the ports along the sides of the burners. Cleaned component and tested that food is cooking evenly now.

Arrived at location on 7/5/22 - Checked unit. Pulled back fan guard. Motor spins freely and not loose in front. Nut on fan blade is tight. Put guard back on and turned on. Started to squeal but didn’t when guard was off. Pulled guard off again and found grill was pushed in. Tapped out with palm of my hand. Put back on and ran quiet. Fan doesn’t wobble or squeal. Asked hit to be carefully when putting product in do not slam against grill. Unit is operational job complete.
