My understanding at the time of service on Sept 20th, was that wire was to be laid in a trench along the fence line from box to box to establish zone connection. Instead, after trenching within the grass, the wire was largely laid on the ground and over the ground plant cover to the box. No wonder why the $850 job took less than two hours.
