I have been doing business with them for over a 2 years. First service was good. After that they take you for granted. They replace stuff which they are not sure and then ask for money to replace another one. Customers are their R&D. So they are not pros. My money was gone but this write up should save others from falling in and wasting their money on this unprofessional company.

During our last visit, you called us twice regarding an issue with your rain sensor. After a thorough inspection, our technician, Marco, found that the rain sensor was functioning correctly and that the issue was actually with your controller. Marco offered you a price for a new controller, which you declined. Your request for a refund on the rain sensor was noted, but since the sensor was not faulty, we could not process this refund. You also called for a service call under warranty. However, since there was no warranty issue, we requested payment for the service call, which you declined. Consequently, if the service call was not paid for, we would not be able to continue working for you. We understand that everyone has their own perspective, and you have a right to your opinion. We don't have research and development. The first years we were good pros. And Cause you don't like the price doesn't make us an unprofessional company. I don't like the price of some of the products at HEB. If I don't like the price, I just don't buy it. That doesn't make HEB an unprofessional company.
