I was called to a home in the winter to perform maintenance on a Trane furnace. The furnace was not working properly, and the customer was concerned that it would not be able to keep the home warm during the cold winter months. I arrived at the home and inspected the furnace. I found that the furnace was not getting enough power to operate properly. I checked the electrical connections and found that one of the wires had come loose.
