Called the night before and had appointment for the next day. A/C went out of course. Roque came out. Looked at the unit and then climbed up in the attic twice. Was trying to test the capacitor but couldn’t get it to work. Advised me if my options and was straight with me. No sales pitch or anything. Very honest. Getting a bid now for a new unit.

Blower wheel has light dust ductwork shows heavy pet for and dust buildup. Outside condensing unit is working within spec VED good refrigeration good. Talk to customer about Aeroseal duct cleaning, performance, enhancement device, and a surge protector As well as our membership. Also air scrubber! Have a cool summer!
