We were not an emergency but had an error code warning on our thermostat. When I phoned it in Monday morning, Melinda was pleasNt and set us up for a visit late in the day. Shane came at the beginning of the window, was right about the cause of the problem fixed it in thirty minutes and was gone. He was neat and again, thoughtful and pleasant. Thank you
