Damian came to the house, Alaskan Air Conditioning has it so we know what the person looks like when they come to the door and this guy was new to us, but he was sharp and very sweet. We really appreciated that in these times that he respected our situation during covid. He troubleshot the problem and fixed it. We hope that Alaskan Air and him have a long rewarding business relationship. He was such a pleasure to deal with. He's a new dad too which we liked hearing. Nice news is always wonderful. * Alaskan Air I don't know how you do it but you find the most amazing technicians.. keep up the GREAT work! Oh! and the office staff are always wonderful to us.
