Technician was informed of issue. Came in from outside after looking at unit. said we were extremely low on Freon, the cost would be $1,199.00 to add Freon and come back for a second look for any leaks. HOLY COW!!! My gut told me to that cannot be right, so told technician we would be calling our home warranty 2-10 to see if they cover this. Guess what 2# of Freon low, not extremely low and my cost $60.00 And if we were to pay for the Freon service it would of been under $300.00. Will never recommend Alaskan Air to anyone, just relay my bad experience. Of course your Technician, never finished his 20 point check for our $69.95 charge. But I guess we should consider ourselves fortunate it didn't cost us an additional $1200.00 for Freon we didn't even need. Couldn't be more disappointed in your company. I am only giving you one start because I cannot submit the survey with no starts. In my opinion you don't deserve even one star in any area due to my experience. SO SAD!!
