Complaint of no a.c, compressor will run but not outdoor fan motor. Diagnosis- Found shorted dual run capicitor and condenser fan motor bearings out most likley due to wear and tear and partially from weak to shorted run capicitor. Solution- Replacing condenser fan motor with new oem part and replacing defective capicitor.
