Starting a planned maintenance agreement on a Rheem heat pump system. Inspecting air filter, replacing if needed. Washed out outdoor unit and coil, removing leave buildup on bottom of unit. Spraying indoor coil to help remove dirt/debris buildup. Cleaning drain line. Checking refrigerant levels. Testing outdoor electrical components and checking amperage’s. Verifying correct thermostat operation. And checking overall system performance. No issues were found at checkout.
