Daikin ductless maintenance and inspection. Customer had been experiencing poor AC performance as well an unusual noise. Noise sounded like blower motor ramping up and down struggling to get up to speed. Filters on indoor head were pretty plugged up. Cleaned filters. Demonstrated how to open indoor head and remove filters and also how to clean them. Recommend checking filters monthly until getting an idea of how quickly they accumulate dust etc. Cleaned outdoor unit and circuit boards heat-sink. After performing maintenance the ductless unit no longer makes annoying noise and is also cooling well. AC had 20f temp drop after completion of maintenance. No other problems or concerns found during visit.
