Work Performed: No cooling call on a Daikin AC we installed around 2018. Unit has not had maintenance since installation. Results: Found failed capacitor — Herm side reading 1.9 µF (should be 45 µF) Replaced capacitor under parts warranty (labour not covered) Noticed condenser coil was very dirty — recommended and performed full maintenance While testing system, found refrigerant was low — likely leak present Advised client of options Client agreed to add leak sealant and refrigerant to bring system to peak efficiency Checked temperature drop: 20°F — system cooling well Verified drainage and inspected evaporator coil (piston system) — all looks good Superheat in line with manufacturer specs System operating normally at this time Client joined Comfort Club for both furnace and AC to take advantage of future savings
