Kyle arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. There is an inherent flaw (outside moisture being drawn in and damaging internal parts) with our furnace which Kyle was able to resolve. The rest of the service was completed efficiently with an explanation of what was completed as well as some homeowner maintenance advice for the home owner.
