Continental furnace/heat pump system repair. Upon arrival fan setting was not functional when turning on from thermostat. Found fan wire was not installed at furnace circuit board. Installed wire and tested, now fully functional and set to run constantly. This should help with temperature difference between floors. Taped up some large holes in ductwork, this should help with air pressure at registers. AC is cooling well, 20f temp drop between return and supply. Found no other problems or concerns with system at this time. Recommend furnace maintenance to ensure furnace was set up properly at time of install.
