The service performed involved the installation of a 3 Ton American Standard Gold 17 Upflow Split Heat Pump System, along with the installation of a 50 Gallon Water Heater. This work was carried out with utmost care and adherence to the established standards, ensuring optimal functionality of both systems. Additional details regarding the installation process, including specifications and operational checks, may be provided upon request. Job complete however customer wanted to wait on the water heater.

Arrived to perform an electrical safety inspection. During the inspection, several non-UL listed circuit breakers were identified in the main panel. The water heater was not properly bonded; bonding of the gas and water lines at the water heater was recommended. Installation of bubble covers on exterior outlets was advised. It was also recommended to replace two battery-operated smoke detectors. Additionally, a surge protector for the main panel was suggested. The replacement of the pool light and pool pump breakers with GFCI breakers was recommended as well. The homeowners were provided with two estimates: one for a panel tune-up and another for the installation of a surge protector.
Performed heating maintenance on (3) 2021 Lennox 90% condensing furnaces in master closet attic and casita outside closet. Replaced all (5) ceiling filters. Cleared condensation drains. Cleaned our burner compartments. Checked all amps, volts, flame sensors, gas pressures, carbon monoxide levels, heat rise, inducer motors, safeties, and limits. Lennox touch thermostats working properly. All (3) furnaces are heating safely and properly at time of maintenance.
Performed annual heater maintenance on two American standard split systems FAU located in hall closet and garage. Changed 16 x 25 and 20 x 25 filters. Checked amps, volts, capacitor and cleaned electrical and burner compartment. Checked gas and static pressures also checked temperature rise and all safety switches. Cycled system from Honeywell 8000 thermostats. Thermostats are operational also changed customer supplied batteries for thermostat. Found all electric electrical and safety components to be within manufactured specifications. Both systems are operating and heating properly at time of service.
Existing thermostat was installed without G wire do to limited wires. Client uses fan only and was concerned to not have that feature. Returned to property and replaced thermostat to batteries operated Tstat p200.
Set up air conditioning programming for client on both east and west units on Ecobee thermostat. 72 day and 68 at night per client request. Client would like us to install 2 sensors for east unit we just installed.
