Performed a heating maintenance on a 2024 Bosch package unit, changed filter, filter located on hallway bottom wall, flushed condensation line, on unit check for amperage and voltage, followed sequence of operation, check for temperature split, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.
Eating service on two Bosch split heat pump systems and one Bosch rooftop package system 20 x 20 filter located in ceiling, member ordered filter to be changed service. Verified operation cleared condensation line and washed condensing coils. Removed notifications from thermostats verify proper operation of service. System specification operated at this time.
Heating service on two gas furnaces located in separate indoor closets on West and east end of Home. Change it out filters located in blower compartment. Found water stains on filter for system serial number 5400 highly recommend water, safety switch, and Jones valve to prevent any further water damage to platform of home and electrical components to equipment. Member had to leave so will send over estimate. Cleared all electrical components and burners of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, zero carbon monoxide detected, thermostats, checked out OK. Systems are within manufacturers, specification, and heating and operating properly at this time of service.
Arrived at customer’s home and removed exterior lights so customer could clean them, replaced all switches desired by customer besides three switches, also inspected panel and gave customer quotes for a tune up and surge protection. Replaced exterior lights so customer with customer supplied fixture, and did not have time to replace smoke detectors and last switches. Customer stated that it would be okay if we come back at another date to finish scope of work. Shelli will contact customer to make second appointment.

Air handlers are located in garage closet, filters are 20 x 25 and located within filter rack, changed filter filters, verified proper operation for water Safety switches, condensation lines were cleared at air handlers. Verified proper sequence of operation, washed condensing coils, thermostats checked out OK. Systems are within manufacturers specifications, and heating and operating properly at this time of service.

Performed a heating maintenance on two split heat pumps. Cycled both systems in heating and checked temperature heat rise. Replace filters and cleared condensation drain line. Both systems are functioning according to manufacture specifications.
Upon arrival could see watermark that client was concerned about. Went into attic and found where watermark was with further investigation right above watermark. There is a hole on rooftop see picture. To make sure condensation line is secured and working properly poured water down drain line. Make sure to see water coming out of endpoint terminal. See video after pouring water checked condensation line that is close to watermark and found no water coming out of condensation line condensation line is draining properly informed clients of finding clients are satisfied.
Hydes Family Comfort Plan was given complimentary Per Mike Heating service on two American standard split POB systems. Air handlers are located in attic/access grand bedroom closet. Members recently changed out own filters located in ceiling throughout home. Upon maintenance stated that system that operates bedrooms S#PY4F, was not getting any airflow to a particular room (room is located next to front entrance on west side of home) verified CPC was sent to 400 and set CPH from 350 to 400 verified temperature splits/rise at each register in room(room has 14 x 24 return and three supplies.. room,bath,closet) as well as verified refrigerant levels. Will consult with Mike to review my findings, also found that garage does not have any insulation. Findings indicate that both systems are within manufacturer specifications and heating and operating properly at this time of service. Washed condensing coils and cleared condensation line.
Performed annual maintenance on two 2022 Goodman gas furnaces. Replaced air filters (16x25 and 20x25). Inspected gas valves, flame sensors, safety switches, and blower motors on both units.Living Room Unit (#7632), Unit displayed error code EE0 with a lockout due to excessive retries/recycles. Inspected wiring and verified all electrical and communication connections at the control board. Followed the complete sequence of operation. Inducer motor and pressure switch operated correctly; however, the ignitor failed to operate. Bed room unit Inspected and tested unit. All components operating within manufacturer specifications. Furnace ignites and runs properly with no error codes present.
Performed heating maintenance on 2025 American Standard Platinum split heat pump with nexia zoning. Air handler in hallway attic. Replaced customer supplied media filter wi5 attic filter rack. 1050 thermostat working properly - checked alerts (none), reminders and operation. Cleared condensation drain. Tested zones and all together. Checked all heating and electrical components. System is heating properly at time of service. Homeowner had questions and concerns : noted relieving air and humming intermittently. I tested system with zones and max compressor and inbetween and did not hear anything out of the ordinary. Informed homeowner about zoning and what relieving air means. Recommended getting the extended labor warranty, especially the hassle fee plan as it includes refrigerant in case of leak etc. Booked upcoming summer maintenance for Thursday, May 7th from 9AM - 11AM.
