Came to property for garbage disposal not working. Found trip breaker in panel, reset which restored power. Will provide customer with estimate for new breakers. Courtesy call for comfort club.
Service on 2019 Lennox equipment. Replaced filters, washed coils, cleaned electrical compartments and verified connections are secure. Verified sequence of operation. Capacitors tested weak rated for 70/10 reading 66/8 which advise when fails compressor will not operate. Highly recommend replacing capacitors to prevent potential breakdowns. Equipment is operating at this time. Renewed maintenance plan. CLIENT REQUEST HARD COPY BE MAILED OF INVOICE
The recent service involved the installation of a 3-ton Silver 14 Up-Flow Condenser along with the corresponding Evaporator Coil. Our team ensured that the installation process adhered to industry standards for optimal performance and efficiency.
Renewed maintenance plan. Cooling service and safety check on 5 systems. Replaced filters, washed coils, cleared drain lines. Verified electrical connections are secure. Verified sequence of operation is operational on each unit. Verified temperature splits and refrigeration levels are good. 19-20 temperature splits. Verified capacitor are in range and operating properly. Equipment working at this time. Kitchen, living room and guest bedroom equipment in poor condition do to age 2007 models. Recommend fan motor and blower motor cleaning for living room equipment on roof.
2013 and 15+ Performed a semi annual cooling service on two split systems. Cleared condensation lines, tested water safety switch, replaced 14 x 25 filter located within the furnace/garage upflow, also rinsed a washable filter for bedroom unit/ outdoor mechanical closet/upflow. Cycle equipment, checked refrigerant, capacitor, fan motor, compressor, amps and voltage. Secured and clean electrical connections at condenser and fuse box. Thermostat checked out OK. Rinsed condenser coils. Both units checked out operational at this visit. Bedroom condenser coil was very dirty/ rinsed with water from outside and inside out. No email on file unable to send check list
Upon arrival client stated thermostat would go below desired temperature at night. Client had system set to 76 in cooling and indoor temperature would be 71 at night. Advised client outdoor temperature will play a part in the indoor temperature. Put system in auto mode heat 74 and cool 77.

Checked amps and voltage. 1050 thermostats checked out OK. Rinsed condenser coils. Both systems checked out operational at this visit.
2014/ 5 ton Performed a semi annual cooling service on American standard split system. Cleared condensation line and replaced 20 x 25 filter located within the furnace/hallway, mechanical closet. Cycled equipment followed, cooling sequence of operation checked refrigerant/temperature checked capacitor, hard start, fan motor, compressor, amps and voltage. Secured and electrical connections at condenser and fuse box. Thermostat checked out OK. Rinsed condenser coil. Cooling equipment checked out operational at this visit.
When I got to the property, the electrical panel cover was off. Customer open the panel to check a breaker because his toaster was not working, and as he was checking the breakers, he pulled the panel lid open, and the whole lid fell out, causing the main breaker to trip so that’s why his power was off in the house advise the customer that the breakers were old and outdated and needed to be replaced I needed a panel tuneup. Customer replied and said that they were only here temporarily and everything was working fine.
