Two 2016 American Standard Rooftop package units/heat pumps 🔥👨🔧 Performed a semi annual heating service cycled equipment verified heating sequence of operation Check refrigerant/temperature split Ecobee thermostat is checked out OK Replaced 14 x 24 filter Will bring replacement 24 x 30 filter next visit ( blower cleaning visit) Cleared condensation lines and verified both lines are draining properly Inspected evaporator coils both coils are not restricted Checked capacitor, fan motor, compressor, amps and voltage Cleaned and secured electrical connections at service panel and disconnect fuse box UV lights are operating properly ✅✅ Both units checked out operational at this visit 🚨🚨 While performing maintenance found that organic growth is back on both blower wheels and housing Informed client of findings ✅✅ Will return January 2 for a full blower compartment cleaning
Performed heating maintenance on. (2) 2014 upflow gas furnaces in garage. Changed (2) 20x25 filers inside FAUs. Tested condensate pump, both primary drains use same pump. Honeywell 5000 thermostats are working properly. Cleaned our burner compartments and area around furnaces. Zero carbon monoxide detected. Checked all heating, safety, and electrical components, all are working properly.
Performed heating maintenance on 2019 Lennox gas furnace in master closet attic. Changed 20x30, and 20x20 ceiling filters. Cleaned off dusty platform. Cleaned out burner compartment. Cleared condensation drain. Honeywell T6 thermostat working properly, went over operation with homeowner. Heating sequence of operations as performed properly. Zero carbon monoxide detected. All heating, safety, and electrical components are working properly. Homeowner has (2) kitchen GF1 outlets not working, no power, no breakers at service panel tripped. Recommended having a Hyde electrician out to diagnose. Homeowner agreed, will get with Shelli our head Electrical CSR.

Due to difficult locations of fan aux limits. I pulled blower motor out, replaced (2) fan aux limits located on back end of blower, both sides of housing. Put everything back together and tested with jumpers. Sequence of operations was complete properly. After system came on from thermostat and reached indoor setpoint of 76°. Repairs worked and furnace is now heating properly. 2-year warranty.
Arrived at customer’s home to replace three 120v undercabinet lights in kitchen as customer stated one of them was not working properly. Removed old undercabinet lights, then installed new led 120v undercabinet lights and put lights on a dimmer switch as a courtesy to the customer for the work.
