Jonathan explained what was wrong with the air conditioner and fixed it . I wish he knew more about the Google nest though he did show me how to use the settings. He was friendly and quick.
Christopher did an excellent job. Arrived as promised, inspected everything and replaced filters as needed. He was friendly and helpful. He explained options to protect our equipment. I was 100% pleased with his visit.

We bought a new furnace from Hyde’s nine years ago and they installed it. It stopped working this week. We called them and they sent out a service person who knew nothing about propane furnaces. He was unable to fix it and said we should buy a brand new $4000 system. He then said he would send out someone else the next day who knew propane furnaces. We waited all day and he never came. We called another company and they out and removed the furnace and took it back to their shop and fixed it. It was a minor repair. We are disappointed in Hyde’s and will not refer any friends to them since they sold us a furnace that they were not able to repair.

Hi I think you are referring to an RV furnace which we no longer work on so that is why the technician did NOT CHARGE YOU for the service call or trip charge. I am glad that another company was able to repair your furnace. All of our service technicians are NATE certified which is the highest certification you can achieve in the heating and cooling industry and we only work on residential units. Thank you.
Frank is always polite and careful as he does any maintenance. More service men need to e trained by Frank🤭❤️

The tech was friendly. It cost way more than I expected but the “necessity” was explained. The next day my AC had the same problems. Now I’m a little regretful of how much money I spent and feel like I was duped.
Jonathan did an excellent job! He was very patient and took time to check the system twice. Very kind, honest and very professional in explaining the problem and the steps to fix it. I will always request him! The best AC person I ever had!

Piped 70 feet for ref fan to be on generator circuit
Upon arrival turn system on to cool the only blower motor would operate. With further inspection I discovered system had a tripped breaker. Reset breaker and tested system. System is now operating properly.
Check both cooling and electrical components everything is working properly at time of service
Equipment compressor struggling to start and not running on arrival. Capacitor tested good has been replaced recently. Installed compressor saver start kit and compressor is now operating properly.
Leak in system, client is a personal friend. Advised on isolation or replacement. Will confirm if equipment furnace is compatible with 3 ton coil and follow up.
15 + R22 model check cooling and electrical components found capacitor out range and compressor over amping replaced capacitor and added a compressor saver to lower amps on the compressor 20/30 filter

Spring AC System Tune-Up: Arriving at a residential client's home, I conducted a comprehensive AC system tune-up. This involved cleaning the condenser coils, inspecting and tightening electrical connections, and lubricating the blower fan for smooth operation. These tasks ensure optimal performance and reliability throughout the upcoming warm season.
Performed annual cooling maintenance on 1 2012 rheem split system. Changed customer supplied filters, cleared condensation lines. Cycled system in cooling. Checked capacitor, LRA, rla and Fla. checked refrigerant pressures. Washed condenser coil, equipment is cooling properly at this time.
Executed a cooling maintenance on a straight cool condenser (tech info). Washed condenser coil, replaced filters and clean circuit cabinet with CO2 tank. Safety check – no loose connections or burnt wires. Capacitor – good. Running and starting amperage on all motors measured within manufacture specifications. Documented refrigerant circuit diagnostic in photos. Temperature split 30°. Recommend equipment surge protection. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.
Performed a cooling maintenance on a Bryan condenser unit located on side of the house. Check sequence of operations by checking refrigerant levels, as well as run, capacitor and fan motor at this time. All are in range upon checking compressor amps sound compressor amps high explained and recommended a hard start kit, client agreed to have one installed after installed tested out unit at this time. All is with manufacturer specifications and system is cooling properly at this time. Finish maintenance by blowing out condensation line and changing out filters located in FAU.
I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x30 filter. The system is a 2014 model located on the ground. I also flushed the condensate drain. The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service.
