Performed maintenance and system evaluation on home mini split with two heads. Washed filters and cleaned evaporator coil with foam detergent. Wash down condenser coil. Documented temperature split on both heads. Installed surge protector on outdoor unit disconnect – paid via C C. Client enrolled in silver club membership. Mini split is servicing the home at the time of maintenance.
Arrived to assess malfunctioning outlets and lighting. Conducted an advanced diagnostic; however, the issue could not be identified. A return visit with a second technician will be necessary.

Performed annual heating maintenance on 2) 2022 American Standard Platinum Heat pumps. Replaced 20x30 and 2) 20x20 filters. Both faus are located in hallway attic access. Cleared condensation lines from jones valves. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, temperature rise, Freon levels, found no error codes on CDA, cycled blower to 100% and checked static pressures. 1050 thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are working properly in heating at this time of service. Client renewed HFCP paid via CC.

Came to property for possible recall. Determined that two three-way switches were faulty. Replaced both switches which restored function from both locations to kitchen light. Not a recall.
Performing a heating maintenance on a platinum unit. Checked sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and temperature rise. At this time system is heating up the house properly. Also, made sure system switched over into cool mode properly. Both are working within range. No errors or alerts are present. Change the filter and cleaned out condensation line.
