I appreciated Hydes sending me multiple texts and a photo of our service person. Very organized and very professional. So glad we had Hydes do our new unit and deck to work. We are very pleased.
Response from Hydes Air Conditioning:
I am so glad to hear that you appreciate the extra touches and we will work hard to continue to impress you Kim.
We use Hydes to keep our air conditioning units and heater running at peak efficiency. They come on time, respect our home, and are great with our three dogs. I know they will make sure all of our units are running for a long time.
We have been using this company for many years and have always been thoroughly satisfied with their work. Every person that has come to the house has been excellent. Most recently, Jonathan came on biannual maintenance call and he was great. He arrived promptly, was courteous and friendly, explained what he was going to do, and then efficiently went about his work. Before leaving he gave a brief explanation of the status of the equipment, pointed out some areas of concern, and then offered some solutions. He is knowledgeable, easy to understand, and very helpful.
Response from Hydes Air Conditioning:
We are so thankful to have you as a customer and we really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a nice review!

Home owner replaced thermostat and blew fuse in attic. Replaced fuse and is now working
Wrong size motor installed advise on cost difference to go to correct size and application. Or to credit back money toward new equipment in attic.
