Found system is cooling properly at this time, although thermostat location isn’t favorable causing inconsistencies in temperature throughout 5e different bedrooms. Went over options with client. Sending remainin estimates via email.
Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2016 American Standard Silver 5 ton unit and a 2018 American Standard Silver 3 ton unit. FAUs located in garage and outdoor closet. Client had replaced customer supplied media filters prior to arrival. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, cleated condensation lines from FAUs, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out in range. Both Honeywell 6000 thermostats checked out operational. Both systems are working to manufacture specifications in cooling at this time of service.
Performed a cooling maintenance on two condenser units, check, refrigerant levels, as well as all electrical components. At this time all is within manufacturer specifications and all is within range and both systems are cooling the house properly at this time both unit reached temperature of 70° . finish maintenance by blowing out condensation lines and washing out washable filters both located by FAU will send home owners estimate for a hard start kit for XL condenser unit.
Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2019 lennex condenser unit. Checked sequence of operations by checking refrigerant levels as well as all electrical components. Everything checked out in range. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working at manufacture specifications in cooling at this time of service.
I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x25 filter. The system is a 2005 model located in the inside closet and on the ground. I also flushed the condensate drain. Client has a home warranty. The system checked out operational and within manufactures specifications at the time of the service.
2011/ 3.4 ton Preformed they semi annual cooling service on American standard split system. Cleared condensation line tested water safety switch tested condensation pump and rinsed washable filter located within the furnace/hallway, mechanical closet.
