FRANK WAS VERY GOOD AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR NEW SYSTEM WHICH IS ONLY A YEAR OLD. I FIND IT UNACCEPTABLE THAT A NEW UNIT WOULD BE LEAKING FREON WHICH IS THE RESULT OF EITHER A FAULTY UNIT OR FAULTY INSTILLATION. WE PAID ALMOST $11,000 FOR A INSTALLATION THAT SHOULD BE TROUBLE FREE FOR AT LEAST5 YEARS.

Danny was the outstanding employee of the week who was thrown into a mess caused by a faulty transducer.. Thor diagnosed the problem on Monday, Sigler the distributer tripped all over themselves making excuses why they sent the wrong part then claiming they didn't have the right one which was 54 days out to getting Danny a part they thought would work. Danny happened to be a Sigler returning parts from another service and got the runaround from Sigler staff but persisted that 54 days was ridiculous and they needed to come up with another solution which meant he got a part with a different ending number that they thought would work. Danny came to my home directly from Sigler. Before doing anything he apologized for the long delay and explained all the problems and possible alternatives. He installed the part in 15 minutes, tested again to make sure it was holding and we were good to go. The Hyde family came to our rescue. Thank you.

This was a long journey for Thor and for Ann and I. It started Saturday morning December 6 when we woke up to a freezing home. Knowing we probably could not get service we hunkered down till Monday morning which Ann getting sick from cold/flu system. I called around 8 am and was told that Thor would be out between 1 and 5. I was happy because I had worked with him previously and knew he could handle the problem. After analyzing problem he said he needed to order a transducer from supplier at 7 am following morning and he would come out and install. Tuesday I waited all day no show. Wednesday was told that after waiting most of day that part would be in Thursday at Sigler the supplier. I was not on schedule for appointment. I called Harmony in office to check and was told the scheduler didn't schedule because she didn't know how I would pay but previous notice showed I had signed to order part and paid by credit card. She told me Thor would be out between 2-5 and I was the 3rd appointment. Thor came out after 5pm and installed the part which didn't work but he said he would call Sigler at 7 am even while he was off to find the right part and he would call me right after. Friday morning not call so I waited again. Around 11 am I had just called the office to request a consult with Barry Hyde when I got a call from Danny Hyde who was the backup for Thor and he was at Sigler and picked up the part and he was coming over. I will comment on Daniel's service on his satisfaction survey. Bottom line he came installed the transducer, tested unit and we were back in business. Unfortunately, this was a week long problem that Sigler handled terribly and office and scheduling department dropped the ball (what we had here was a failure to communicate) but fortunately Thor and Danny saved the day. Ann and I both appreciate having heat last night. Thank you

Also gave an estimate for replacing two landscape lights with pathway lights and replacing transformer for landscape lights with photocell controlled transformer. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.
Comfort heater service on 2022 American standard gold split system. Fau located inside the garage. Replaced filters and flushed condensate line. Checked refrigerant levels and components. Washed mini split filters. Found mini split blower not pushing much air. Sent over blower cleaning.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 16x25 and 20x25x5 Customer Supplied Filters. Client has two systems for the main house. Serviced Furnace for the Bedroom Unit ( Lennox Furnace S#20995) per client request. Furnace is a 2019 Lennox model located in the hallway attic. Cycled Heat for American Standard Heat Pump for the Living Room System. The Bedroom System checked out operational at the time of the service.
Upon arrival, client stated that water heater does not work and dryer also doesn’t work. It is not heating. Re-lit pilot light and explain to client that water heater issue had nothing to do with panel tuneup. Water heater does not use electricity from the breaker box. Electrical department will call and schedule to send electrician back out to see what’s going on with the dryer.
Performed annual heating maintenance on a 2019 American Standard Gold 5ton heat pump. Upflow FAU located in garage. Replaced 24x24 filter in filter cabinet and cleared condensation line from jones valve. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, temperature rise, Freon levels, cycled system in cooling and checked static pressure. Everything checked out in range. Honeywell 8000 thermostat checked out operational. System is properly heating at this time of service.
