James made sure to contact me prior to arrival which is important because of where I live. He was well within the anticipated arrival times I was told he would be here by the office when the appointment was made. Performed a cooling maintenance on a York condenser unit and a 2023 American Standard silver series condenser. York unit located in back of home and American standard on right side of main house, filters were changed by HO before visit. Flushed condensation lines both units, On condensers check for amperage and voltage, checked for capacitor, check for Freon level, cleared out dust from electrical component area, see notes for American standard unit systems working with specification cooling at the time of maintenance.
Upon arrival living room package unit last 4 2004 compressor was constantly running after Diagnostic found bad Cantactor replaced part unit is up and running
HVAC Tune-Up: Performed a full spring tune-up that included tightening electrical connections, checking refrigerant, and lubricating moving parts.
Indoor Air Purification Service: Installed a UV light system within an HVAC unit to neutralize airborne mold and bacteria, improving air quality and reducing allergens.
Ductless Mini-Split Installation: Installed a York ductless mini-split system, offering personalized climate control in specific home zones.
Indoor Lighting Installation: Upgraded outdated fixtures with energy-efficient LED lights, improving brightness while reducing energy consumption.
Furnace Repair Service: A client’s heating system was making unusual noises. I disassembled the blower assembly, cleaned it thoroughly, and reinstalled it for smooth operation.
Duct Cleaning Service: Cleared accumulated dust and debris from air ducts, improving indoor air quality and ensuring better airflow throughout the home.
Performed annual heating maintenance on 1 1999 Coleman electric furnace. Changed filter, cleared condensation lines. Cycled system in heating, verified sequence of operation, check temp rise. Verified safety’s are operational. Equipment is heating properly at this time.
Performed annual maintenance in heat on 2 carrier package units heat pumps, followed Sequence of operation customer changed filters, checked amps voltage capacitors temperature splits working at range checked inrush was high recommend compressor savors did send estimate, cleared condensation lines units are working to manufacture specification in heat at this time of visit
Executed a heating maintenance on two split systems (technician notes). Cycled both systems in heating. Temperature rise 20°. Static pressure/blower motor amp draw measured and documented at 100% demand. Repaired and re-glued failed insulation inside of TRANE air handler. Replaced dual run capacitor on outdoor unit #9368 due to previous arcing. Client paid via C. C. Both systems are heating the home at the time of maintenance.

Furnace Repair Service: A homeowner called about their furnace’s pilot light frequently going out. My examination revealed a defective thermocouple that wasn’t properly detecting the flame. I replaced the thermocouple and adjusted the gas flow settings. The pilot light now remains stable, ensuring safe and reliable furnace operation during cold weather.
Heating System Tune-up: Conducted a seasonal maintenance service for the client’s blower motor, cleaning and lubricating all moving parts. This maintenance improves efficiency, reduces wear, and ensures reliable heating as colder weather approaches.
Indoor Air Purification Installation: In response to the client’s concerns about allergens, I installed a UV light system within their HVAC unit. This addition effectively eliminates bacteria and mold in the air, promoting a cleaner and healthier indoor environment. The client noticed improved air quality and reduced allergy symptoms shortly after installation.
