Upon arrival, Goodman 410 split system unit was on and cooling down the house. Tenant informed me that system stop running and then would turn on and cool up on further diagnostic sounds fan motor run capacitor completely dead after changing out run capacitor check refrigerant levels system definitely could use a pound. Homeowner gave me the greenlight to add 1 pound of refrigerant and then replace condenser fan motor run capacitor after replacing and adding at this time system is cooling down the house properly wash down condenser unit. Tenant changed out filters
Performed a cooling maintenance on a York condenser unit and a 2023 American Standard silver series condenser. York unit located in back of home and American standard on right side of main house, filters were changed by HO before visit. Flushed condensation lines both units, On condensers check for amperage and voltage, checked for capacitor, check for Freon level, cleared out dust from electrical component area, see notes for American standard unit systems working with specification cooling at the time of maintenance.
Upon arrival living room package unit last 4 2004 compressor was constantly running after Diagnostic found bad Cantactor replaced part unit is up and running
