After Diagnostic found faulty contactor, replaced contactor under warranty unit is up and cooling
Cooling maintenance on American standard split system. Furnace is located in outside closet on west end of home, changed out 20 x 25 filter located within the furnace cabinet, cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts, and amps, checked start and run capacitors, Verified refrigerator levels, and took temperature split and cycled system. Washed condensing coil. System is within manufacturers specifications, and cooling and operating properly at this time of service. Renewed annual comfort plan.
Blower motor not operating on arrival. Installed new blower motor and tested operation. Verified sequence of operation is working properly according to manufacturer specifications.
