When he finished his worked he explained what he had done and did a final check on everything. Wouldn’t expect anything less from a Hyde’s employee. He was a pleasure to work with !

We forgot about our appointment and were not at home when Christopher arrived and so did not have any service done.
Response from Hydes Air Conditioning:
Hi Donna, we sent you a reminder text the day before your appointment, and YOU REPLIED TO CONFIRM. On the day of the appointment, we sent you his bio in an email that you opened, as well as a text to let you know he was on the way. After the 30 minute drive to your house, Chris called to let you know he had arrived, and you let him know that you forgot about the appointment. He arrived at 3:15pm and the scheduled arrival time was 3-5pm. I can only assume this 1 star was for you and not Chris.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced 2) 16x20 Filters. The system is a 2023 model located in the laundry room closet. The work involved the installation of a 30-gallon electric water heater. Arrived to remove and replace 15 amp Square D breaker on exterior sub panel.
Arrived to troubleshoot the GFCI outlet in the garage that was unable to be reset. After discussing potential issues with the homeowner, I began opening the outlets to identify the source of the problem. By disconnecting several jumpers, I was able to narrow down the general area of the issue. The homeowner pointed out an exterior weatherproof box attached to the side of the garage, with a metal conduit running underground. Upon further inspection of the property, I located a conduit leading to a disconnected metal box outside, which contained a rusted, fallen outlet. I disconnected the wiring from this box, which restored power to the garage.
Performed heating maintenance on 2018 Coleman Downflow 80% gas furnace in laundry room by entry. Honeywell 6000 thermostat working properly. Changed. (2) 16x20 filters. Cleaned our furnace and electrical compartment. Wiring all tight and secure. Heating sequence of operations and was performed properly. Zero carbon monoxide detected. 47° heat rise. Checked amps, volts, capacitor, safeties and limits, Furnace is heating properly. Made sure gas manifold pressures were adjusted close to manufacture specifications. Recommended and replaced a 7.5uF blower motor capacitor as it was out of range, to prevent breakdown and damage to blower motor. 2- year warranty on blower motor capacitor.
Installed new ECM blower motor and check system and heating and cooling. Blower motor is now operating properly.
Upon arrival, used motor tester to test motor and motor would operate but spin very slowly. Motor has been ordered from Howard spoke with Jeff and he’s going to try to send it out Monday. Also signed client on an annual comfort club.
Arrived to assess the potential panel replacement or repair. Upon speaking with the homeowner, she informed me that only one breaker trips occasionally. I recommended that she replace the GFCI breaker that trips. She indicated she would consider this decision and requested an email estimate.
