Hi Donna, we sent you a reminder text the day before your appointment, and YOU REPLIED TO CONFIRM. On the day of the appointment, we sent you his bio in an email that you opened, as well as a text to let you know he was on the way. After the 30 minute drive to your house, Chris called to let you know he had arrived, and you let him know that you forgot about the appointment. He arrived at 3:15pm and the scheduled arrival time was 3-5pm. I can only assume this 1 star was for you and not Chris.

We were told that the unit would definitely fit the installation area but that was not so. The team did a lot of damage to our attic access and put a big gouge in the metal door leading to the garage. Not too happy right now. Hyde’s service is usually better than this . Disappointed. At least they scheduled the appointment on a timely basis.

Annual heater maintenance on Coleman downflow split system. FAU located in laundry room closet. Changed two 16 x 20 filters. Checked amps, volts, capacitor for blower motor and cleaned burner compartment. Checked gas and static pressure is also checked temperature rise and all safety switches. Cycle system from thermostat. Thermostat is operational. Gave client Starbucks and electrical safety inspection cards. System is operating and heating properly at time of service.
Performed a heating maintenance on 2013 American Standard package unit, changed filter, filter located on hallway ceiling, flushed condensation line, on unit check for amperage and voltage, check for capacitor, check for temperature split, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed unit coil. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.
Heating service on American Standard split system. Furnace is located in outside closet. Changed out 20 x 25 filter located within furthest cabinet, cleared all electrical components and burners of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, zero carbon monoxide detected, condensation line was cleared at FAU. Thermostat checked out OK. System is within manufacturer specifications and heating and operating properly at this time of service. Gave a Starbucks gift card and free electrical inspection coupon.
Install ultra surge protection at main panel and replace 3 non UL listed breakers. Non UL breakers are not certified to be installed in panels that are not the same manufacturer. This can cause issues with tight tolerances on the panel terminals.

Having UL listed breakers in your electrical panel can reduce risks like fire and electrical shock. Also advise customer that there is no whole home surge protection at her main panel. Advised customer that surge protectors can safeguard electronics by absorbing or diverting damaging voltage, spikes, or surges that exceed a safe level, preventing them from reaching and damaging connected devices.
