Scope of work: 1. Remove and discard metal ducting connected to furnace in closet damaged by fire. 2. Run computerized heat load calculation to determine proper duct sizing. 3. Install new metal duct system under floor including plenums. (floor to be removed and replaced by others) 4. Install new supply register boots & return air can. 5. Install new furnace with new flue pipe, gas flex line and sediment trap. 6. Install sheet metal ducting in outside closet as necessary. 7. Install floor, toe kick supplies and return grille. 8. Start up and test system.
Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2021 American standard silver condenser unit. text sequence of operations by checking, refrigerant levels, refrigerant levels at this time are within range checked run capacitor rated for 40 was getting 40. Performed annual heating maintenance on 1 2022 American standard platinum heat pump split system 220v air handler. Changed filter, clear condensation lines, inspected blower compartment for cleanliness. Cycled system in heating, verified sequence of operation, check temperature rise. Equipment is performing according to manufactures specifications at this time.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2022 American Standard Platinum 5 ton heat pump. Air lander located in basement, replaced 20x30 filter and left behind 12x24 filter. Cleared condensation line from Jones valve. Setup Home, Away, and Sleep preset on thermostat for client. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, found no error codes on CDA, freon levels, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out in range. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working at manufacture specifications in cooling at this time of service.
