(2) TCC AC Maintenance - R22 - tested high and low voltage components ok, Supplied and replaced 18x20x1 & 12x20x1 filter, tested condensation line with water ok no leakage at this time, checked delta T receiving good temperature split, checked squirrel cage fan blower wheel is in good condition, checked evaporator coil noticed coils are heavily rusted, tested primary pan with water ok no leakage at this time water is flowing properly, cleaned out EZ traps and removed dirt from bend, checked control wiring and ecm blower ok, checked condensers pressures ok at this time, checked all electrical components at condensers within range, checked blower amps compressor amps, noticed 1st fl unit Condenser Fan motor is heavily rusted but is currently operational, noticed dirt build up on coils performed chemical cleaning on outdoor unit, sprayed and washed off coils, Spoke to client about obsolete refrigerant, Follow Up Action: Will have the office follow up with client regarding Full Home Ductw
