Condensate pump Upon arrival Inspected Air handler that service kitchen and living room zone Found trip alarm activated on condensate pump. Remove electrical wiring to deactivate condensate pump. Remove condensate pump electrical wiring from in series with electrical wiring for unit. System kicked on/running. Installed new condensate pump and wired in series with unit. System is back up and running. Bad condensate pump Created estimate for customer to install and test new pump. Customer approved Wired and secure new condensate pump. Ran and tested system operation Check temperature split @ equipment. Supply temperature 60 F degrees Return temperature 77.7F degrees Check pressures and temperature to be stable. Low side 60 psi R-22 system that’s beyond life expectancy. Refrigerant for system is obsolete. Should system present any major failures.
