View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-7C8A3CE6F53F4D64B1F8957FD364C4C9 Return to replace pilot assembly ( flame rod and spark igniter) on Burnham gas fired water boiler: shut power down to system at arrival removed boiler cover door removed flame guard and roll out switch confirm that the existing igniter and new are like for like- correct components disassembled the pilot assembly and removed from boiler removed the old pilot assembly from burner and disconnected electrical from sense and igniter terminals installed and secured brand new pilot assembly ( igniter / flame sense ) to burner tube reassembled and install brand new pilot assembly and all burners back in boiler connecting back to gas valve- check for leaks- none reinstalled flame guard and roll out switch connect new electrical back to sense and igniter terminals return power to boiler call for heating- igniter sparks pilot and main burner fires- normal operations cycle boiler on

Today I arrived on site to address a water leak and parts replacements in the heating system. Repairs Completed: Addressed the water leak issue. Repaired the Exp-30. Repaired the Auto feeder with back-blow. Repaired the Relief valve. Upon arrival at the property. The BSM's rennet gave me access to the boiler room. I contacted Miss Jessie to inform her about the repair scheduled for this day. The client confirmed the aforementioned repair. I proceeded to clean the work area. I proceeded to drain the system to disassemble the defective parts. I concluded with the dismantling of the defective parts. I proceeded to install the new Exp-30 in the system. I proceeded to install the new Auto Feeder with the back-flow prevent on the unit. I proceeded to install the new relief valve in the unit. I secured and tightened the pieces installed on this occasion. I proceeded to fill the system with clean water. I proceeded to bleed the x5 areas of the system one by one. I concluded with the bleeding

Igniter/flame sensor replacement Arrived at location and attempted to replace nighter/flame sensor upon removal of old igniter/flame sensor discerned. It is the wrong igniter/flame sensor. Replaced old flame sensor/igniter turn system on and checked natural gas lines. No leaks left system working please see photos of equipment, data and model and serial number off the control module. Also there are photos of both igniters/flame sensor. The one on the right is the Igniter/flame sensor that is needed

Perform maintenance on Trane gas fired Furnace: * Replaced and dated customer provided 16 x 25 by one air filter * Shut power to equipment * Removed furnace and blower cabinet door doors * Remove burner cabinet door * Remove flame sensor, Hot surface igniter and all burner jets * vacuumed and brushed all burners clean and clear * cleaned flame sensor with copper bristle brush and polished with steel wool * inspected hot surface igniter- almost 6 years old and showing signs of ware * vacuumed and dusted out burner section on furnace * cleaned debris from fresh air intake * flushed condensate tubing and trap on furnace- Hot water flowing through neutralizer kit into condensate pump * Tested condensate pump and discharge line multiple times to ensure normal operations and no leaks * Neutralizer minerals were recommended to be replaced, but customer does not want to move forward at this time * preform powder cloud test on heat exchanger- ok no blow back * reassemble furnace and component
