Checked second floor system found thermostat set to 62 and room temperature was 64 set thermostat to 74 and checked system operation system is working at this time but recommend to replace the thermostat
Return to replace hot water heater. Cut out and removed existing water heater installed a brand new 50 gallon gas water heater. After installation all connections were checked for water leaks and no leaks were found. Gas line was tested and no leaks are present. filled tank and fired up the burner. Monitored system until satisfied and all faucets and showers were bled. A co detector was installed in the boiler room. System is fully operational repair is completed.

Today I arrived on site to address a water leak and parts replacements in the heating system. Repairs Completed: Addressed the water leak issue. Repaired the Exp-30. Repaired the Auto feeder with back-blow. Repaired the Relief valve. Upon arrival at the property. The BSM's rennet gave me access to the boiler room. I contacted Miss Jessie to inform her about the repair scheduled for this day. The client confirmed the aforementioned repair. I proceeded to clean the work area. I proceeded to drain the system to disassemble the defective parts. I concluded with the dismantling of the defective parts. I proceeded to install the new Exp-30 in the system. I proceeded to install the new Auto Feeder with the back-flow prevent on the unit. I proceeded to install the new relief valve in the unit. I secured and tightened the pieces installed on this occasion. I proceeded to fill the system with clean water. I proceeded to bleed the x5 areas of the system one by one. Igniter/flame sensor replacement Arrived at location and attempted to replace nighter/flame sensor upon removal of old igniter/flame sensor discerned. It is the wrong igniter/flame sensor. Replaced old flame sensor/igniter turn system on and checked natural gas lines. No leaks left system working please see photos of equipment, data and model and serial number off the control module.
