Today I arrived on site AC System Inspection:Identified the reason for the call: No AC on the 2nd floor. Confirmed the equipment services the 2nd floor. Fault Diagnosis:Discovered oil residue in the suction line of the AHU in the attic. Upon arriving at the property. The client explained to me that the ac system on the 2nd floor is not cooling. I proceeded to verify the AHU. I found oil residue in the suction line. I showed the client and suggested that she do a dye test. I proceeded to see the condenser unit. I found the starter cap malfunctioning. I presented the client with an estimate of the cost of installing a new starter cap and doing a dye test. The client agreed to make the repairs I proceeded to install the new starter cap. Conclude with the installation of the star cap. I proceeded to add the dye stick and fill with 3.1LBS R410A. I finished with the repairs. I started the system and monitored for about 15 minutes. The system did not have any failures or malfun
