Downstairs thermostat split heat pump. Found system slightly low on refrigerant causing the system to freeze over and not cool properly. Also found that the contactor in the outdoor unit had failed and was sticking, causkng the outdoor unit to run nonstop even when thermostat wasn't calling for ac or heat. Replaced the contactor and quoted customer for the refrigerant recharge. Customer agreed and I recharged with refrigerant. Also added leak sealant as a precaution.
