Trane split heat pump for the upstairs. At arrival, found that the outdoor fan would not start. Upon inspection, found that one of the main wires that supplies power to the fan was disconnected. Connected the wife back securely and tested and system is now up and running. Tested operate and all components check well. System is now cooling properly.
