For this job, I performed maintenance on the furnace. After checking everything, I did not find any issues with the system. The filter has gotten changed The filter size is 16 x 25 x 5 Goodman I did notice the gasket around the collector box was wearing out and it did show signs of water damage. Showing the customer the pictures that I took, I recommended to them getting a new seal for the collector box With the customers permission, I removed the old seal And replaced it with a high temp sealant. After I reinstalled the collector box and the inducer motor, I checked the operation of the furnace and did not find any issues with the system The system is in normal condition
