Luis came promptly and got the unit running pretty quickly. I was very pleased with his work. But he was quick to say I needed a new heater as well as a new AC. When I asked why, he could only say because it was old also. Wait a minute. He had not even seen the heater. So I showed it to Him and he quickly said I didn’t need a new heater. Hmmm. Good thing I asked. But I am happy with what he did today.
