Danny Juárez is an excellent Technician. He was careful (covered his shoes, put on gloves, didn’t touch walls/door frames with dirty gloves, etc.), patient and thorough. He explained EVERYTHING - he even showed me pictures of what needed to be fixed. He didn’t rush to get me calendared just to get the job done - he took time to work with my schedule. Danny is personable and I am looking forward to him completing the job because I know he’ll fix it as if he were fixing his own.
