Today's experience with Power Pro, and with Eddie R. specifically, was very-very positive. Eddie was very personable and friendly, and represented Power Pro excellently in his honesty & integrity. He spoke of 24 years of plumbing experience, and altho' we didn't accept the services, the personal experience I had with Eddie would infer the quality of his expertise. The reason for not having accepting the service to repair or replace our existing disposal was simply because we found an individual who, of his own personal (not professional business) services, quoted us less for the same services. The $'s that would be paid out are NOT my $'s, but my parents' whom my husband & I have cared for nearly 2 years now; therefore, I was careful how their money was spent. For their sake did I choose the lesser quote......and that is the only reason why we did not go with Power Pro. Eddie gave us Power Pro info and a business card which we will keep for future reference. I want to have in my back pocket a reputable plumbing service other than Roto Rooter!!
