Efrain came out for yearly inspection / maintenance of my hot water heater and general plumbing. I’ve had 2 other plumbers look at my “really low flow” shower head; both tried to fix it. They couldn’t so they said buy one from AZ if you want a “regular flow”. For FIVE YEARS I’ve suffered thru low flow AND the hand held wand would jump out of the holder and hit me in the back or on my head. So Efrain did some testing on the various components. Then he removed the faucet part (the other 2 never checked that part) & he FOUND THE PROBLEM! Something had broken inside the faucet cartridge that partially blocked the flow (from day one)! OMG it now works like it should- high flow without having to turn it to the hot position AND no longer pops out randomly! He was so professional, kind and courteous.
