My overall experience with Power Pro was excellent. Aaron is the Technician/Plumber who replaced my water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable, very polite, and very skilled at his work. Aaron explained every step as he went. To say he went “above and beyond” is an understatement! He left my laundry area neat and tidy and he even offered to bag up a dead possum that was in my front yard! I doubt “bagging up dead rodent” is in his job description, but he did it anyway. No offense Power Pro, but I hope I don’t have a need to call a plumber for a very long time, but if I do, it will definitely be Power Pro and I will request Aaron by name.
