Miguel was excellent! If he were an independent contractor, I would definitely call him again. However, I was not happy with power pro’s business model. Pricing was outrageous. They should have a method of setting prices directly with Home Depot so that decisions can be made at time of purchase. I was shocked to hear double the price of what Home Depot staff estimated and what Lowe’s actually sells as a fixed rate. Luckily prices was reduced to what I expected…but I still did not appreciate being put on the spot. It bothers me to know that other customers might accept the inflated prices because of a desperate situation. I also did not appreciate the use of your visit to try to upsell the maintenance agreement. Suggestion….Give it to the customer After the contracted work is done. I felt that I was put on the spot having to make that decision at the same time as agreeing to the original service.
