Joshua is a friendly and knowledgeable service provider. I very much enjoyed having him come and do my AC tuneup this morning! He was clean, clean cut and dressed in a smart uniform.. he wore little booties when he was in the house to protect my floors. He explained the things he was doing and why he was doing them. He was polite well spoken and well mannered. I trusted his recommendations and I will rest easier this summer knowing my AC unit was cared for by such a knowledgeable technician. Thank you
