We enjoyed talking to Alvin about our roots in our pipes and how to get the toilets flushing again. Just having a knee replacement and being home bound was just the worst time for this back up to happen. Alvin pulled another crew off of a job so he could get to us TODAY! He showed us a video and explained everything to us of what was going to happen. He broke down the cost so we could choose what we wanted done. We feel confident the job will be completed in a timely manner. What impressed us most is that Alvin stopped at a kid's lemonade stand across the street and bought something. It just shows how caring Alvin is!
