Joe was most cooperative in giving me a free estimate, in immediate email, for a new leak in a vanity faucet. We established, as I primarily needed to, that the right faucet cartridge not handling ambient water pressure had no relation whatsoever to previous work/warranty in other rooms completed Nov 8. Discussed options for fixing it.
