Removed the old furnace and set the new furnace on a 6-inch airflow box to optimize system performance. Installed a whole-home humidifier integrated with the HVAC system, connected ductwork, gas, and electrical lines, and installed the new air conditioner with proper refrigerant and airflow setup. Tested the furnace and AC startup, heating and cooling performance, and verified humidifier operation to ensure safe, efficient, and comfortable indoor conditions.
Furnace Replacement: Arrived on-site to replace an existing furnace with a damaged secondary heat exchanger. Removed the old furnace and the attached humidifier, installed a new high-efficiency furnace, and connected all ductwork, gas, and electrical lines. Tested system startup, heating performance, and airflow to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Provided Quote for HVAC System Replacement: Met with the homeowner to provide a quote for replacing their old HVAC system. Prepared detailed estimates for the installation of a new furnace and air conditioning system, including equipment, ductwork adjustments, and labor.
