Bryant air conditioner compressor had failed. Due to age of equipment customer chose to replace. We are installing a Bryant 134 3 1/2 ton unit on Wednesday.

The customer called for service after noticing weak airflow and unusual noise coming from their Lennox furnace. Upon inspection, we found that the blower motor had failed, which was preventing proper circulation of warm air throughout the home. We replaced the faulty blower motor with a new, compatible unit, secured all wiring, and tested the system to ensure smooth and quiet operation. The furnace is now working efficiently again, providing strong airflow and reliable heating for the entire home while preventing further wear on the HVAC system.

This aftermarket filter may not meet the original equipment manufacturer's specifications for airflow and filtration efficiency, potentially impacting system performance and longevity. A genuine Bryant filter, designed for optimal compatibility, is recommended to ensure proper air filtration, maintain system efficiency, and protect internal components from dust and debris buildup. Replacing the non-OEM filter is advisable for optimal system operation.
During the AC check, I inspected the filter face of the 2013 Bryant unit, noting compatibility with Goodman, Carrier, and Lennox filter types. While some interchangeability exists, using the exact specified filter ensures optimal airflow and filtration efficiency for this particular Bryant system. Deviating could impact performance and potentially void warranty aspects.
Conducted comprehensive AC maintenance, including a thorough inspection of all electrical components and connections to ensure safe and reliable operation. Refrigerant levels were checked and confirmed to be within the manufacturer's specifications. The condenser and evaporator coils were meticulously cleaned to optimize heat transfer efficiency. The blower motor was inspected for proper function and lubricated as needed. A new, high-efficiency air filter was installed to improve indoor air quality and system performance. System airflow and cooling capacity were verified.
