Joel came out and examined my A/C unit. In the vein of safety and the COVID19 pandemic, his service was contactless. He called me after to let me know that everything had checked out and that he left a filter on my front step. Thanks Joel!

Perform maintenance and safety check on a carrier, air conditioning system. Tested components cleaned out dirty condenser operating properly at this time.

Furnace keeps popping fuses. Found furnace cycled through thermsoatt. Shorted when ac is turned on. Short in contactor. HD3 customer chose option a. Performed repair and cycled ac. System running upon departure. Founs furnace leaking from collector box. Advised not safe operating condition and went over options with customer quoted HM53. Customer stated I will have to shut down furnace for now. Only worried about ac at this time. Rendered furnace non operational via gas shut off.
