Wally from Sears came today to perform our fall furnace check. He called early within the appointment window, arrived promptly in uniform (with matching mask,) and could not have been more efficient - he was in and out in under 30 minutes - or friendlier. Sears keeps our old equipment running in top shape, and I know we’re ready for another safe season of heating.

Air conditioner is using a ton of electricity so customer Wanted cost to install a new central air conditioner that’s much more energy efficient.

Existing air condition is at 25 years old so customer wanted a cost to install a new gas furnace with heat pump so we can get the tax credits before they expire. Proposed American standard six stage heat pump with 97% variable speed furnace. Also did the same with the Bryant equipment.
Received call for service on 230 year-old train units. One unit is completely voided refrigerant and in need of replacement. Technician left estimate with customer for Bryant equipment. Other unit had issues with low-voltage wires technician made repair unit is operating.
Replaced failed capacitor on a Bryant air conditioner. Added start assist to reduce energy consumption and extend compressor lifetime.
Cost to replace and install furnace and air conditioner. Cost to install HVAC with 0% financing.
