Wally from Sears came today to perform our fall furnace check. He called early within the appointment window, arrived promptly in uniform (with matching mask,) and could not have been more efficient - he was in and out in under 30 minutes - or friendlier. Sears keeps our old equipment running in top shape, and I know we’re ready for another safe season of heating.

Replaced failed condenser fan motor on a Lennox air conditioner.
Proposed cost to replace gas furnace with heat pump system.
Spring maintenance visit included evaporator coil cleaning, float switch testing, and drain pan inspection. No issues found; system is ready for warm weather operation.
Re-insulated outdoor refrigerant lines. Removed deteriorated insulation and replaced with UV-resistant wrap to maintain cooling efficiency and prevent energy loss.
