No contract maintenance check on an Armstrong furnace and an Armstrong air conditioner
Cost to replace air conditioning. Cost to install furnace and air conditioner with an air cleaner. Cost to install air conditioning with 0% interest loan.
The customer called for an air conditioning repair after their system stopped cooling effectively. Upon inspection, I found that the capacitor had failed, preventing the compressor from starting properly. I replaced the faulty capacitor, checked the system for any additional issues, and ensured the refrigerant levels were correct. After running the system through a full cycle, it was cooling properly again, restoring comfort to the home and preventing further damage to the system.
Annual maintenance check on a Bryant air conditioner
The customer reached out for a comprehensive AC maintenance service to ensure optimal performance for the upcoming summer. Upon inspection, I found that the fan blades had accumulated debris, causing the unit to operate less efficiently. Additionally, the refrigerant level was slightly low, which could have affected the system’s cooling capacity. I cleaned the fan blades, topped off the refrigerant, and performed a thorough check on all system components. After running the system, it was cooling effectively again, ensuring the customer’s home stays comfortable all season long without unnecessary energy waste.
