Dropped off window ac for temporary cooling for customer.
Ac check Bryant 16 seer 2016 builders grade
Ac repair, replaced cap, contacts and added start assist. Cleaned unit and all systems operating properly at this time.
Completed annual maintenance on a 2016 Bryant air conditioner. All electrical and mechanical components of the system check out at this time. Technician explained the function of a humidifier to the customer. Technician also recommended surge protector for the unit due to recent power outages and power surges in the area. The customer declined any repair at this time.
Annual maintenance check on a Goodman and a Xenon air conditioners. Replaced discharged capacitor and added start assist to Goodman unit
Performed yearly maintenance and safety checks on 04 Bryant air conditioning system. System is low on charge and producing low delta t. Changed filter dated 3/2021. Informed customer is issue and quoted options hj2. Customer stated he will wait unit it quits and put money towards new system. No further concerns
Gave cost to install Central AC and furnace. Cost to replace air conditioning and furnitce
Technician responded to a no cool incident on an unknown year Rheem air conditioner. The units data plate had been worn off. Upon arrival customer stated they had a couple power outages last night and woke up this morning to the air conditioner not working. Upon inspection of the unit the technician found the Voltage enhancement system with obvious signs of electrical damage to the component itself, as well as the wiring from the compressor. Technician presented options HN14 a-e. Customer chose option C. Technician verified operation of the unit after the repairs were made. 53° supply air temperature. 74° return air temperature. No issues at this time.
